Deri Sitesi is an Istanbul-based leather workshop combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design and production techniques. Since 1994, three generations of experience have shaped our approach to handmade leather hats, vests, accessories and traditional leather goods.
Many of our products are handcrafted in our own workshop in Istanbul and pass through a quality-control process before packaging and shipment.
We select materials and production methods according to the intended use of each product, with a focus on durability, comfort and craftsmanship.
Leather and sheepskin are natural materials. Small variations in shade, grain, texture, hair direction or density may occur from one item to another. These natural differences are part of the character of genuine materials.
For selected products, we can produce custom sizes for customers who need measurements outside our standard size range. Head circumference, product height, body measurements and specific design details can be confirmed before production.
Products made specifically according to a customer's measurements or personal requests may be considered custom-made. Return and exchange conditions for custom-made products differ from those for standard products. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
In addition to serving customers throughout Türkiye, we ship our products to customers in the United States, Europe, Canada and many other countries.
Our experience with international marketplaces, including Etsy, has allowed us to serve thousands of customers around the world and gain extensive experience with international sizing, shipping and customer expectations.
Independent customer feedback from our international sales channels also helps new customers learn more about our products and workmanship before placing an order.
International orders are shipped primarily with FedEx.
At the customer's request, and where service is available, UPS or DHL may also be used. Any additional shipping cost resulting from a requested alternative carrier is the responsibility of the customer.
Products that are in stock are dispatched on the same business day or the next business day whenever possible. Custom-sized, personalised or made-to-order products require additional production time depending on the product.
Our goal is to create products designed for long-term use rather than focus solely on mass production. While adapting traditional hat and leather designs for modern customers, we aim to preserve the core techniques and workshop culture of traditional leather craftsmanship.
