Domestic Shipping

Which courier service do you use for domestic deliveries?

All domestic orders are delivered via Yurtiçi Kargo.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days after being shipped. Orders within Istanbul are usually delivered the next day. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may occur on specific days of the week.

When will my order be shipped?

If the product page does not specify a different schedule, orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be shipped on the next business day following the holiday.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. You can use this number to track your order. If you did not provide a mobile number, please contact us to obtain your tracking number.

International Shipping

Which courier services are used for international deliveries?

We ship international orders via DHL, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your region and order details.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery times vary by country, but on average, international deliveries take 3 to 5 business days.

How can I track my international shipment?

Once your package is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your package through the courier's website.

Where are your products made? ❯: All our leather hats, vests, bags, gloves, and mest socks are 100% handmade in our Istanbul workshop.
Do you offer international shipping? ❯: Yes, we ship same-day after quality checks to the USA, Germany, France, Canada, Russia, Kazakhstan, UAE, and over 30 other countries.
Can we buy directly from your workshop? ❯: Yes, workshop sales are available. You can request our location and details via WhatsApp at +90 557 359 10 70, or visit our Avcılar workshop in person during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00) to view and purchase products. Please message us in advance to confirm availability, as we may be out sourcing materials or on off-site orders.
I want to return or exchange the product. What should I do? ❯: Before sending the product via FedEx, please contact us through our WhatsApp support line: +90 537 359 10 70.
We will provide you with a special return shipping code.
If you prefer, you may also use another courier service. However, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return and exchange policy? ❯: You can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and has its original tags.
Are your products covered by a warranty? ❯: Yes, all products sold by Derisitesi are covered under our company’s warranty. Each item is inspected before shipping. If a defective or faulty product slips through, you can contact us within 30 business days to request a refund or exchange.
How long does delivery take and which shipping companies do you use? ❯: For domestic shipping, we use Yurtiçi Kargo, and delivery usually takes 2 business days after the product is dispatched (Istanbul orders are mostly delivered the next day). For international orders, we ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, and average delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
