All products sold on our website are covered by our company warranty. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped. However, if a defective or damaged product slips through quality control, we will offer either a full refund or an exchange—whichever you prefer.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product must be unused and you must contact us within 30 business days of delivery.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

1. Contact Before Shipping
Before sending the item via FedEx or another courier, please contact us through WhatsApp at +90 537 359 10 70.
We will provide you with our special FedEx agreement code for returns.
If you prefer, you can use another shipping company. However, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
We recommend FedEx for secure and fast international delivery. Note that free shipping applies only to initial orders—not for returns or exchanges.
Note: For returns and exchanges, shipping fees must be covered by the buyer. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Exchange Requests
For exchanges, please include a note inside the package clearly stating the size you would like to receive.
Missing this step may delay the process.
3. Return Conditions
- Used items cannot be returned.
- The return and exchange period is 30 business days from the delivery date.
4. Refund Process
- If you paid via Bank Transfer, please share your bank account details for the refund.
- If you paid by Credit Card, the refund will be processed to the same card.
