Deri Sitesi is an Istanbul-based leather workshop with craftsmanship experience dating back to 1994 and spanning three generations. We produce leather hats, kalpaks, borks, ushankas, leather vests, accessories and traditional leather goods. Many of our products are handcrafted in our own workshop in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul.
- Where are your products made? ❯
- Many of our products are made in our own workshop in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul. Depending on the product, we use materials such as lamb, goat and calf leather, as well as natural sheepskin, leather or textile linings. Products are quality-checked before shipment.
- Do you offer international shipping? ❯
- Yes. We ship to many countries worldwide. Our primary international carrier is FedEx. UPS or DHL may also be used upon request where available, with any additional shipping cost paid by the customer. International shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Transit time is generally around 3–5 business days after dispatch, but may vary due to customs and local carrier procedures.
- Can we buy directly from your workshop? ❯

- I want to return or exchange the product. What should I do? ❯
For eligible standard products, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. Before sending the product back, please contact us via WhatsApp at +90 537 359 10 70 or email derisitesi@gmail.com. For international non-defective returns and exchanges, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. Custom-made or personalised products cannot normally be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
- What is your return and exchange policy? ❯
- Eligible standard products have a 14-day return period. You may carefully inspect or try on the product to determine its nature, characteristics and fit. Where permitted by law, we may account for loss in value caused by use or handling beyond reasonable inspection. For non-defective exchanges requested because of size, colour or model preference, return and replacement shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Custom-made and personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where applicable law recognises this exception.
- Are your products covered by a warranty? ❯
- All products are quality-checked before shipment. If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us. Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day return policy. To help us review the issue quickly, please provide your order number and, where possible, photos or video showing the problem.
- How long does delivery take and which shipping companies do you use? ❯
Orders within Türkiye are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo. In-stock products are dispatched on the same business day or the next business day whenever possible, with domestic delivery generally taking 1–3 business days. Custom-made and made-to-order products require additional production time. International orders are shipped primarily with FedEx; UPS or DHL may be used upon request with any additional cost paid by the customer. International transit time is generally around 3–5 business days after dispatch.

For orders within Türkiye, payment can be made by bank transfer/EFT or credit card. Credit card instalment options may vary depending on the bank and payment provider. - What should I do after making the payment? ❯
If you completed your order through our website, no additional action is normally required. Once your order is received, preparation begins. If you ordered a custom-sized or personalised product, we may contact you to confirm measurements or production details. Tracking information will be provided through your registered contact details after the order has been dispatched.
