HOW TO MEASURE

Follow these easy steps to find your head size and get the right fit!

1 - Grab a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (like twine or a shoelace) and a ruler or measuring tool

2- Wrap a soft tape or string around your head to measure about 1/4 to 1/2 inch above your ear and about 3/4 to an 1" inch above your brow line (see image)

Mark the tape or your string, where it intersects, with your finger.

3- Record your measurement in inches or centimeters (centimeters is often more accurate)

If you're using a string, run it along side the ruler as many times as necessary to get a complete measurement

4- MEASURE AGAIN!

Always measure more than once until you get the same number twice

5- Find your size in the chart for the perfect fit

Please message us in advance to confirm availability, as we may be out sourcing materials or on off-site orders.
I want to return or exchange the product. What should I do? ❯: Before sending the product via FedEx, please contact us through our WhatsApp support line: +90 537 359 10 70.
We will provide you with a special return shipping code.
If you prefer, you may also use another courier service. However, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return and exchange policy? ❯: You can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and has its original tags.
Are your products covered by a warranty? ❯: Yes, all products sold by Derisitesi are covered under our company’s warranty. Each item is inspected before shipping. If a defective or faulty product slips through, you can contact us within 30 business days to request a refund or exchange.
How long does delivery take and which shipping companies do you use? ❯: For domestic shipping, we use Yurtiçi Kargo, and delivery usually takes 2 business days after the product is dispatched (Istanbul orders are mostly delivered the next day). For international orders, we ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, and average delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
How can I pay for my order? ❯: For domestic orders within Turkey, you can pay via bank transfer/EFT or securely through our website using your credit card. We also offer various installment options depending on your bank. For international orders, we accept Payoneer, credit cards, and Western Union.
