Return & Exchange Policy

At Derisitesi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your product by following the instructions below.

How to Return or Exchange a Product?

If you have decided to return or exchange the item:

  1. Contact Us First:
    Please contact our WhatsApp support line at +90 537 359 10 70 before sending the product. You will receive the return agreement code and instructions.

  2. Shipping Responsibility:
    Return and exchange shipping costs belong to the buyer. If you have a more affordable agreement with another courier company, you may use it.

  3. Important Note for Exchanges:
    If you are requesting an exchange, write the SIZE of the item you want as a note inside the package. Failing to do so may cause a delay in the process.

  4. Condition of the Item:
    Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange. The item must be in unused, resellable condition.

  5. Timeframe:
    According to consumer rights laws, the return or exchange request must be made within 30 business days from the delivery date.

  6. Refund Process:

    • If you paid via Credit Card, the refund will be processed to the same card.

    • If you paid via Bank Transfer (EFT), please provide us with your IBAN and account details.

1. Which courier should I use for returns?

We primarily use Fedex for returns and exchanges. However, if you have a more affordable agreement with another courier service, you may use that as well.

2. Who pays the return shipping fee?

The buyer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs.

3. What if the size I want for exchange is out of stock?

If the size is out of stock, we will contact you. You can choose another product or request a refund.

4. What is the return period?

You can request a return or exchange within 14 business days, as legally permitted.

5. Can I return the product if I’ve used it?

No. Used or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Can I visit your workshop to make a return?

Yes. You can visit our workshop in Avcılar during business hours (Weekdays 09:00–17:00) to return or exchange a product. Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp to confirm availability, as we may occasionally be out sourcing materials.
